About 39bd – Bangladesh's Gaming Home

Our Story

39bd was founded with a single goal: to give Bangladeshi players access to a safe, exciting, and truly local online gaming experience. We saw that players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and beyond were underserved — juggling unreliable platforms, slow withdrawals, and interfaces that felt foreign. 39bd was built as a direct answer to those frustrations.

From our earliest days, we partnered with globally recognised game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — to deliver an honest, high-quality catalogue. We matched that content with payment integrations that Bangladeshi players already trust: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The result is a platform that feels local, performs globally, and puts every player first.

Our Mission & Vision

Our mission is straightforward: make online gaming genuinely accessible, fair, and enjoyable for every adult player in Bangladesh. We do not believe great gaming should be reserved for players with international cards or complex registration processes. With a bKash wallet and a mobile browser, anyone aged 21 or above can join 39bd in minutes, deposit in taka, and start playing real games from world-class providers.

Our vision is to be the most trusted name in Bangladeshi online gaming. Trust, in our view, is not just a marketing word — it is earned by paying withdrawals on time, offering games with certified RNG fairness, protecting player data with SSL encryption, and giving players the tools to game responsibly. We measure our success by how confident our players feel every time they log in.

Our Core Values

Every decision at 39bd flows from four core values that we hold ourselves accountable to, every single day:

• ✅ Integrity — We operate transparently. Game outcomes are powered by certified RNG systems, and our terms are written in plain language with no hidden conditions.
• ✅ Inclusion — Gaming should be for everyone. Our low minimum deposits (starting from ৳200) and Bangla-friendly support team make 39bd accessible to players from all walks of life across Bangladesh.
• ✅ Responsibility — We take problem gambling seriously. Self-exclusion tools, session reminders, and 24/7 support are built into the platform for players who need them.
• ✅ Speed — Fast deposits, fast withdrawals, fast support responses. We respect your time and your money equally.

Who We Serve

39bd is built for adults aged 21 and above across all divisions of Bangladesh — Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. Whether you are a cricket fan looking to add excitement to the BPL season, a card game enthusiast who loves Joker Poker and Blackjack, or a slots player hunting for the next big spin, 39bd has a home for you.

We designed our payment flow around the wallets Bangladeshi players already use every day. Transactions are processed in real time, meaning deposits reflect instantly and withdrawal requests are typically settled within hours, not days. No international bank transfer delays. No confusing currency conversions. Just taka in and taka out.

Our Commitment to Players

39bd treats every player as a valued member, not a transaction. Our dedicated support team is available around the clock — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year — via live chat and email. Response times are measured in minutes, not hours. Whether you have a question about a withdrawal, need help understanding a bonus condition, or simply want to report a technical issue, we are here.

We also invest heavily in fair play. Every game title on 39bd is sourced from providers whose RNG systems are independently audited. We do not run proprietary house games with undisclosed house edges. The RTPs (Return to Player percentages) shown in game info panels are the real, certified figures — and we encourage players to check them before they play. This is what fair gaming looks like in practice.
